Return and Refund Policy

At Cosmobel.nl, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and an excellent shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can make use of our return and refund policy. Please review the conditions for returns and refunds below.

This policy applies to orders delivered to Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Germany.

1. Return Conditions

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The product is in its original, new condition: unused and undamaged.
  • The product is accompanied by all original labels, packaging and accessories.
  • You notify us of your return within 14 days of receipt; the returned items must reach us within 14 days of your return request.

2. Exceptions to Returns

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been custom-made or personalised specifically for you.
  • Hygiene-sensitive products, such as personal care products, whose seal has been broken after delivery.

3. Return Process

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at cosmobelgiumco@gmail.com.
  2. Provide your order number and the products you wish to return.
  3. We will send you return instructions and a free return label that you can download and print.
  4. Pack the products carefully and send them back to the address we provide.

Return costs: Returns are free. We provide a free return label and do not charge any return, administrative or restocking fees.

4. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned products, you will receive a confirmation by email. If the products meet the return conditions, we will process the refund as soon as possible. The refund will be issued via the original payment method and may take up to 14 days, depending on your payment provider.

5. Exchanges

Would you like to exchange a product for a different size, colour or item? Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at cosmobelgiumco@gmail.com for more information about the availability of the desired product.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

Have you received a damaged or defective product? Please contact us as soon as possible at cosmobelgiumco@gmail.com with a description of the problem and photos of the product. We will then ensure that you receive a replacement product or that the issue is resolved to your satisfaction.
